BASE PRICING
Base Rate $1,800 CAD
Set-up + Cleaning Fee $500
GST 5% applied at checkout
Base rate includes full exclusive use of The Red Barn, all indoor sleeping accommodations, full kitchen, cedar sauna, cedar hot tub, farm cold plunge, yoga and meditation loft, outdoor gathering spaces, and access to all five acres including the two-acre pond.

Add-ons are available Thursday through Sunday and are booked in conjunction with the main barn rental only.

The main barn comfortably sleeps 11 guests (with an additional queen + king bed in the facilitators loft).
With the addition of the 2, 4-person tents, the 2-person tent and the camper/bunkhouse, the property can accommodate up to 25 guests total. Reach out to discuss what configuration works best for your group size.

Between May 1-October 31, we limit all bookings to Thursday-Sunday engagements, unless otherwise arranged. However, to request the possibility of hosting a 1-day event, please contact us through the contact form on this website.

Absolutely. The full kitchen is available for your use, and you are welcome to bring in outside catering, private chefs, or food vendors. We simply ask that the kitchen and common areas are left as you found them.

Guests are welcome to enjoy alcohol responsibly during their stay at The Red Barn at El Refugio. We trust our community to make mindful choices that honour themselves, each other, and the land.
Please note that the sale of alcohol is not permitted on the property. Any alcohol consumed on site must be privately sourced and brought in by guests or event hosts.
We ask that all consumption remain respectful of the space, the community, and our neighbours — and in keeping with the spirit of why most people come here in the first place.

All bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm. Cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking and outlined in your rental agreement. We recommend booking early and reviewing terms carefully — peak Okanagan season fills quickly.

As much as we love animals — and trust us, the eagles, herons, osprey, and owls who call this property home would agree — we are currently unable to accommodate guest pets at The Red Barn at El Refugio.
Our property is home to a variety of resident and wild animals, and in the interest of keeping everyone safe and comfortable — the two-legged, four-legged, and winged alike — we ask that guests make alternative arrangements for their pets during their stay.

Yes. The property has ample parking for guests and vendors.

We are located on a rural property and ask that guests be respectful of the land and neighbouring properties — particularly during late evening hours. We ask that all loud activity goes inside between 10pm- 8am.
